We know how anxious you are to find a job and we want you to get matched in the shortest time possible so here are some tips to help speed up the process. HAPPY JOB HUNTING!

Ø Make sure that you are searching for traineeships EVERYDAY!

Ø Stay in close contact with your AIESEC account manager. Keep them abreast of all of your interests.

Ø Make sure that the copy of your resume that your manager has is the most updated version.

Ø Check your email DAILY!

Ø Be open to countries that you wouldn't normally be interested in. It's difficult to decide to go somewhere when you know little about a country so find out more about the Countries where we might have jobs available. There are a lot of countries out there that have a lot to offer. Just because they aren't in Western Europe doesn't mean that they aren't some of the best places to go!

Ø If a traineeship has been available for a while and has not been matched yet, then maybe your chances of getting matched to it are higher.
